wpb_content_element  contentpaginatekst\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Een reservefonds is wettelijk verplicht voor alle VvE\u2019s. Met dit fonds kun je de kosten voor planmatig onderhoud betalen. Sinds 1 januari 2018 geldt de wet Verbetering functioneren Verenigingen van Eigenaars. Deze wet geeft invulling aan deze verplichting, door een minimale jaarlijkse reservering op te leggen aan de VvE.
